We carefully select & store premium newborn items to design the best gifts, and display them on our website for our beloved customers to choose from. Once a gift is selected by you we quickly & perfectly prepare it as best as it should be and deliver it for FREE to the doorsteps of your beloved ones.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, You can place your order and check out without an account as express service. Just provide your name & mobile number at the checkout page, The purpose of this express service is to give to all newcomers and first time website visitors a quick way to checkout their selected gifts.
Once I place an order, how long does it take to deliver it?
Usually within the next 24 hours from placing your order your gift will be delivered to the door steps of the address you provided while checking out.
What kind of diapers do you use to make your Cake Towers?
We only use Premium Pampers to create our Cake Towers and other gifts, and size 1 because they fit up to 6.35kg
Are the diapers glued together?
No, Our method for constructing Cake Towers and other gifts is very secure, and every gift is guaranteed not to fall apart during delivery. At the same time our gifts are designed to easily be dismantled, and all diapers, items and other supplies can be used.
Are your Cake Towers pre-made?
All our gifts are freshly handmade from scratch when you place your order. Since each one is an original and some items are subject to availability. Sometimes they vary slightly from the picture. Consistency is a high priority, But if we must make a substitution. It will be of equal or greater value.

How can I check the status of my order?
Click the “Order Tracking” and enter your order ID and your mobile number. You will be able to view all the details of your order. Including billing and shipping addresses, and find out whether your gift is still being prepared or it has already been delivered.

We accept both Visa & Mastercard.
What is your return/refund policy?
SurpriseMoms takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your order, please contact us through WhatsApp or E-mail and we will assist you. In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by SurpriseMoms, we will issue full or partial refunds. In the following cases: if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order, you may be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund. In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order up to 15 minutes from placing it, once a gift is processed your order cannot be canceled
